My second stay at this delightful guest house
After staying here 4 years ago, I came back for a 4 night stay to help my cousin who lives nearby celebrate a notable birthday. I was given the same room as before with a balcony overlooking the sea and with palm trees outside (could have been aSouth seas view apart from the temperature). I've taken off one star for the room because I found it a little on the cool side (but that could just be me) and also we had a minor issue with the TV and ended up with just BBC channels. But this was more than made up for by the excellent breakfasts and very friendly service and I'd be more than happy to come back again
Top tier stay at the cairn lodge
Very good location and excellent building design. Rooms are cosy and have a great looking design. Excellent host, friendly andeager to sort out any problems we had our issue sorted fixed straight away. The breakfast is top tier and I wish my granola at home was 50 percent as good.Would stay here again.
