Great Place!
We stayed here two nights in early May while we were traveling around Ireland and Northern Ireland. This place is fantastic! It’s situated on a quiet little bay with several charming rooms. The host, Chris, went out of his way to welcome us, give us tips about the town, and gave us great recommendations. The rooms are sparkling clean with crisp linens, plenty of hot water, and all the accoutrements necessary. We had breakfast both days and the food was outstanding! We never had lunch here, but if it was as good as the breakfast, we definitely would have enjoyed it. Bottom line, definitely stay here. It’s a great home base for going to and from Belfast. Five stars!
Warm Welcome to Northern Ireland
We are on a 2 week vacation in Northern Ireland and Ireland. Outside of Belfast we stayed 2 nights at Cairn Bay Lodge. The hotel is adorable. The views overlooking the bay is awe-inspiring. The room was spacious but felt cozy. I can’t say enough nice things. Chris, our host, was everywhere doing everything. He and his staff were very friendly. We ate breakfast each morning before exploring around Belfast. The food and service were excellent. If you want you holiday to feel special, Cairn Bay Lodge is a very good start.
The perfect place to stay
I have just had a 3 night stay at Cairn Bay Lodge and what a find it was. Great rate - single room with views across the bay.Hosts Jane ( with the help of Winnie) and Chris were so hospitable and helpful.Food was incredible ( had breakfasts and a lunch with my sister). It’s actually quite nice that it gets quiet after 4pm. A totally chilled experience - just what I needed.Thanks so much guys.
