| PAYMENT
We note
your credit card details however they are only to confirm the booking
and no charge will be made.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Switch and personal cheques accompanied
with a valid cheque guarantee card.
CANCELLATION
Cancel 7 days prior to date of arrival or full amount of booking will be
charged (unless we can re-let the room). Cancellations between 14 and 7 days
prior to arrival and 10% of booking will be charged (minimum charge £10.00).
Cancellations must be confirmed to Cairn Bay Lodge in writing and will only
be complete after confirmation from us.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation types and rates are subject to availability.
WEDDINGS
AND GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings
for weddings and large groups will only be confirmed with a valid
credit card. In the unfortunate circumstances the wedding
or booking has to be cancelled, we will endeavour
to re-let the rooms. However, for the un-let rooms,
within one month of the date, 50% of the full amount will be charged,
or within two weeks, the full amount will be charged.
SMOKING
POLICY
Cairn
Bay Lodge operate a total no smoking policy. Guests will be subject
to a charge if this is not adhered to.
